Mission
Manufacturing, integration and prototyping
ArcPrimus is building toward a model where design, integration and manufacturing live under one operational mindset. Small batch production and integration work can be done close to the end user, leveraging modern tooling and proven local trades.
We architect systems, integrate hardware and software and design them from day one to be deployable. The goal is not to be another integrator. The goal is to be a rapid prototyping and fielding partner that speaks the language of both engineers and operators.
AI and cyber as core infrastructure
Modern lethality is inseparable from AI enabled insight and cyber survivability. We treat AI and cyber as foundational infrastructure, not optional add ons. Every ArcPrimus solution assumes:
That is why we combine aerial ISR, cyber intelligence, AI and data into one continuous and coherent architecture.
Moving toward a United States drone industrial base
The United States has a shortage of NDAA compliant, domestically controlled unmanned systems. Federal and defense organizations are under pressure to reduce reliance on foreign manufactured platforms. Commercial inspection, logistics and infrastructure operations are discovering the same reality. Critical work depends on supply chains that are fragile and often outside United States control.
ArcPrimus believes that drones, counter drone systems and autonomous platforms are critical infrastructure, on the same level as communications and power. They must be designed, built, secured and supported inside the United States.
Today, ArcPrimus integrates and operates UAV systems. Tomorrow, our intent is to build them. Our goal is to stand up a made in America drone and mission systems capability rooted in Fayetteville and aligned with Fort Braggs operational needs, supported by local manufacturing and staffed by the veteran and civilian workforce in this region.
This is a forward looking effort. We do not claim full in house production capability today. We are deliberately building the partnerships, facilities, workforce and capital structure that make this possible.
How we intend to get there
Architect first then source smart. We start with mission driven architecture. Airframes, payloads, communications and onboard compute are designed for the threats and environments they will face, with NDAA compliant components and secure by design principles. We use domestic suppliers wherever it makes sense and we design replacements when the right components are not yet available.
Build a Fayetteville centered supply chain. We identify and partner with local and regional manufacturers, machinists, PCB shops, fabricators and logistics providers. We leverage Fort Braggs presence and the local veteran community to create a responsive supply base that mixes civilian and military experience and can react quickly instead of waiting on distant factories.
Develop and train the workforce. ArcPrimus will work with local colleges, trade schools and workforce programs in Fayetteville to create training pathways into high skill roles in drone manufacturing, integration, cyber and AI support. That includes internships, cross training programs for service members transitioning out of uniform and partnerships that bring modern engineering and fabrication tools into local classrooms and labs. The aim is to build a pipeline of technicians, engineers, analysts and operators who can support a growing defense technology sector without leaving the region.
Prototype and iterate with the warfighter. We test prototypes on ranges, in training environments and in controlled field exercises around Fort Bragg. Short feedback cycles with the units that will fly, maintain and fight with these systems drive faster refinement and more reliable performance. Lessons learned in the field roll directly back into design.
Scale with dual use in mind. We move from prototype batches to low rate production and then to larger runs while maintaining tight control of quality and security. Commercial demand in areas such as inspection, public safety and utilities helps keep lines operating and people employed. That stability allows us to support both government and commercial customers without sacrificing standards or responsiveness.
By doing this in Fayetteville, ArcPrimus supports the citys vision for a high technology, highly skilled workforce and a durable, future ready industry base. We want the jobs created by this growth to go to people who live here and who understand the community and the mission.
We are seeking partners and investors who recognize that rebuilding the United States drone and autonomy industrial base is not a nice to have. It is a strategic requirement. ArcPrimus is ready to serve as the forward deployed integrator and incubator for this capability at Fort Bragg and across the region.
